You can check the progress of your PawNest Plus order using the tracking information provided after dispatch.

How to Track Order

1. Open your shipping confirmation email.
2. Find your tracking number.
3. Use the tracking link, or follow the link Track Order and enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
4. Follow the latest updates provided by the carrier.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time for orders to the United Kingdom and the United States is 8–17 business days, including processing.

If your order is significantly outside the estimated delivery period or you cannot find your tracking information, email Customer Service. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
